We met Tom during an open house for one of his listings. We fell in the love with the house and asked him if he could work with us to sell ours, as well. Tom did an amazing job helping me sell my home. He performed the task in record time, and got me more money for the home than I was expecting. He did his homework becoming knowledgeable of the area my home was located, as it was outside of his normal area of operation. This is the second time in a year that I have worked with Tom. He sold my home in record time and for an excellent price and after a year I knew what area I wanted to live in and once again, he did his homework and found the perfect home for me within a month.
